Here's why you should keep your car doors locked at night

LAWRENCEVILLE — Gwinnett Police are asking for your help in identifying suspects in multiple entering auto cases. 

In the early morning hours of July 6 the suspects were dropped off by an unknown accomplice and began checking several vehicles in the Prospect Estates Subdivision located off of Prospect Road in unincorporated Lawrenceville.

When they found unlocked vehicles, they rummaged through them to steal whatever they consider to be of value. 

They also committed the same crimes in Mauldin Lake Subdivision located off of Braselton Highway in unincorporated Lawrenceville.

There appear to be at least three suspects and they arrive in a dark colored SUV.

One suspect is described as a black male, late teens to early twenties, thin build, wearing a white shirt, black shorts, and he has a tattoo on his left forearm.

Police are asking anyone has any information to share in this case to contact detectives at 770-513-5300. Crime Stoppers tipsters can receive a cash reward for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.  The case numbers are 19-061582, 19-062293, and 19-062295.
