Missing Loganville teenager found

LOGANVILLE — The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating the case of a missing 18-year old Loganville teen. 

David Canup was reported missing by his parents from their home on Misty Rose Lane in unincorporated Loganville. He was last seen at about 8 p.m. Oct. 8.

David is a white male, 6 feet tall, 130 pounds with bleached blonde hair.

He was last seen wearing a plaid shirt, black jeans, black denim jacket, and black and white Converse sneakers.

Police say he has black framed glasses and a gap in his front teeth. He has a medical condition which gives him the mentality of a young teen. 

According to police, he sometimes wears female clothing. When he dresses himself as a woman, he prefers to be called “Emma.” 

Police are asking anyone who has any information to share in this case to contact detectives at 770-513-5300.
